Bella Notte highlights The Palazzo and new Travisso home sites
It was a starry night on August, 10 when we hosted Bella Notte, our first 2018 Parade of Homes kick-off party. The event was held at The Palazzo at Travisso voted as the #1 Clubhouse in the state of Texas. The evening was a combination of beautiful weather, friendly conversations, great food, and delightful musical entertainment.
Over 100 guests enjoyed a variety of gourmet nibbles and delicious sips made with peach and strawberry sorbets floated in Prosecco in addition to coffee ice cream. Bob Schneider, Austin’s own homegrown acoustical guitarist, provided the evening’s musical entertainment. As a solo artist since 1999, Schneider’s music includes elements of funk, country, rock, and folk creating a unique one-of-a-kind style. And, for the Live Music Capital of the World and its inhabitants that’s just fine.
The Palazzo’s #1 ranking as best clubhouse in state steals the show
But, Travisso’s preview tour of the 2018 Parade of Homes sites and The Palazzo at Travisso stole the show. During the event guests enjoyed a personal hands-on tour of Travisso’s newest home sites and its premier amenity center. The Palazzo encompasses over 9,200 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor recreational space with year-round fun for everyone. It boasts a resort-style pool with splash pad and a spacious open air pavilion perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Shaded and unshaded deck areas complete the pavilion. Also available are two lighted tennis courts, a playground, two recreational sports fields and a fire pit ideal for family time or socializing with neighbors.
Inside, The Palazzo’s 2,000 square-foot fitness center is equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, and more such as exercise classes, clinics, and yoga. Travisso also sports approximately 355 acres of open space and a future trail system that will encompass over 10 miles of hiking and biking trails. The Palazzo also houses the community’s on-site lifestyle director that coordinates and organizes a variety of monthly fun adult and children events, seminars and exercise clinics.
As the evening drew to a close guests were in awe as the Texas Hill Country sky made a grand appearance. Stargazing and a narrative by an expert astronomer concluded the evening’s festivities.
