Spring Fling
April’s Spring Fling was a joyful celebration of all things spring! Families flocked to the Event Field for face painting, a petting zoo, inflatable axe throwing, a golden egg hunt, and sweet treats like cotton candy, popcorn, and snow cones. The live music from The Bayou Dawgs set the mood, while local sponsors added fun and flavor—from flower planting with LandCare to delicious crepes from Crepe Crazy. It was a vibrant afternoon that perfectly captured the community spirit.
ATX Mobile Bicycle Repair
Keeping things rolling, ATX Mobile Bicycle Repair hosted a Community Tune-Up Day right in the Palazzo parking lot. Residents dropped off bikes for full-service maintenance without ever leaving the neighborhood. It was a convenient way to gear up for outdoor adventures alongside neighbors.

Mobile Vet Clinic
Our four-legged residents got some well-deserved TLC at the AusTexVet Mobile Clinic. Travisso pet parents brought their furry companions for full wellness exams, vaccinations, and preventative care. It was easy, convenient, and a great day spent showing some extra care to the furry family members who also call Travisso home.
Community Blood Drive
The southern spirit of generosity was on full display during our April Blood Drive. Residents rolled up their sleeves to support our local blood bank and make a life-saving difference. Small acts of kindness like this help create the close-knit community Travisso is known for.
Earth Day Celebrations
To honor Earth Day, residents enjoyed two heartfelt events. First, a guided Earth Day Hike through the Lower Venezian Trails offered a chance to appreciate the natural beauty of our hill country surroundings. Then, younger residents gathered in the Toscana Room for an Earth Day Read-Aloud & Craft. After listening to Curious George Plants a Tree, kids painted flower pots and explored their green thumbs—all while learning the value of taking care of our planet.
Festival of Blessings
We closed out April with the Festival of Blessings, a beautiful evening celebrating the diverse cultures that make up our community. From face painting and balloon twisting to sweet treats and shared stories, it was a reminder that Travisso is more than a neighborhood—it’s a place where everyone is welcome.
