Resident 4th of July Block Party and Parade

Join your neighbors for the 3rd annual resident-organized 4th of July block party. Dress the kids in their best red, white, and blue for the parade. There will be sweet treats and the annual pie contest.
Parade line up at 9:45 AM with the parade starting at 10 AM sharp.
After the parade, there will be games and treats for everyone. For more information, look for the event page on the resident Facebook group or contact Stephanie Olvera at 512-775-8322.

Live Music at the Palazzo Feat. Kayla Outlaw

Summer Flower Design Class with Henning House Florals

$60 per person paid directly to Essra by Monday, July 5th, as she will need to order flowers for the class early.
A minimum of 10 people is required to host this class
Your talented neighbor, Essra Champion of Henning House Florals, is back with another flower-arranging class for the community! Any age is welcome to attend. All supplies will be provided, and participants are welcome to bring their own vase if they like one they have, otherwise a standard vase will be provided. The florals will be bright, seasonally available summer blooms, some even sourced from our neighbor at Angel Valley Farms (depending on what she has grown). Payment of $60 per person can be made through cash, Zelle, or Venmo. BYOB is allowed. Please sign up using the newsletter, then pay Essra directly.
