The Travisso community received another accolade this month when it was recognized as having the Best Lifestyle Program for a Community during the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin’s MAX Awards. The win was a collaborative effort of team Travisso that comprises Taylor Morrison and Toll Brothers Homes, Marketing Director Kathy Mayer and design by Seventh Scout.
The MAX awards is an annual event that celebrates the efforts of professionals in the home building industry. They were created by the HBA Sales and Marketing Council in recognition of Sales and Marketing excellence. The distinguished awards are presented to builders, developers, remodelers, and associate members that have made significant and creative contributions in residential marketing through extraordinary achievements.

Planned Future Amenities
As the Travisso community grows, developers Taylor Morrison and Toll Brothers have plans for future development including a 58-acre on-site regional park and a future elementary school. The Leander Independent School District’s (LISD) tentative schedule for new school construction appeared in an article published by the Community Impact in February. According to the article the district has tentatively scheduled a new elementary school in Travisso for August 2023. Travisso will also house the city’s fifth fire station. The new building is currently under construction. However, a date for its opening has not been announced.
