Described as familiar and calming, Classic Blue is a hue that resembles the nighttime sky. According to the Pantone Color Institute it was chosen for its futuristic attributes—a color that forecasts what’s going to happen next. Their decision was based on the global uneasiness and the feelings of instability that the world has been facing. It is a color that relaxes, soothes, and protrudes reassurance and confidence. As a dark shade finding balance is important when using it in your home. Experts suggest using it sparingly and not overdoing it when decorating a small room. Classic Blue lends itself perfectly to accent walls and accessories. Try finding artwork, floral arrangements, throws, and vases that you can incorporate in small doses. 2017–Greenery 15-0343: Greenery is a yellow-green vivid shade that evokes the finest in nature—revival, restoration and renewal. Its versatility lends itself well to a variety of color combinations.
