Everyone at the office is excited to bring the community back together in person through summer programs at Travisso. Especially for the youngest members of the community and the families that moved to Travisso in the last two years.
Adjusting back to ‘normal’ life in the newly emerging post-COVID world has been just that, an adjustment. Although events at Travisso continued by shifting to a virtual format, there’s nothing quite like seeing your neighbors face to face.
This summer’s list of events offers a range of activities for all our residents. Travisso will continue to follow high health standards while welcoming the community to get back together again.
Bringing Local Business to Your Neighborhood
Travisso lies just on the edge of Leander and the Greater Austin Metro. Because of this, we work hard to bring you the sense of togetherness present in a small town through our events and programs. This year’s summer programs at Travisso highlight this.
Travisso welcomes several local restaurants and food truck vendors each week, the Savory Farmer’s Market, and local children’s organizations.
Travisso residents don’t have to drive 30 minutes to Downtown Austin to experience the urban lifestyle.
We want to continue to lift local organizations up while bringing the power of community to you in your neighborhood.
Creating Events for All Residents
Many different people live at Travisso. Being inclusive is important to us, and we try to reflect this in our summer program line-up with weekly and monthly events.

In addition to reoccurring events, Travisso also plans events for special occasions. The most recent example of this was the Empty Nester Camp, held in June. Our goal was to help transitioning parents by introducing them to their neighbors going through the same thing.

Summer Series Trivia Night
Each Friday this summer, get your family or neighbor together to compete to become the next trivia champion! Be quizzed on anything from movies, sports, or song lyrics. Come down to the Palazzo from 7-9 p.m. for your chance to win some prizes.
Roots Fútbol Training
Travisso’s littlest residents, ages 3-9, can build a foundation in soccer all summer long. Roots Fútbol gives kids a chance to play on a team, improve their coordination, and have fun outside right in your neighborhood. Register your kids today for weekly classes.
So Long Sweet Summer- Back to School Bash
Coming up on August 7, save the date for the Travisso end-of-summer party! Join us for music, yard games, gourmet cotton candy, a strolling balloon twister, and a chance to “dunk the HOA” at our dunk tank! Then stop by for Stony’s pizza truck from 5-8 p.m. for a movie and popcorn! More information is coming soon.
