The new pool’s number one priority is keeping residents cool and it doesn’t disappoint. The pool is designed for residents to play, relax, and enjoy precious downtime. The gorgeous 3,260-square-foot resort-style pool area takes center stage and is both inviting and refreshing in the hot Texas sun. Do you just want to dip your toes in the pool? No problem. The zero depth entry makes going for a refreshing dip or wading at the side easily accessible for all ages.
And, if you and the kids want to take a break from the pool and still stay cool try splishing, splashing, and swooshing your feet on the complex’s interactive splash pad. You’ll have a blast as four overhead primary colored units spill out temperature perfect sparkling clear water. Ground units, fountains, water pipes, arches, and more completes the non-slip surface that showers, sprays, and rains for hours of fun in the sun.
Or, if your idea of the perfect day at the pool is sitting and chilling, rest assure there’s a chaise lounge with your name on it. However, finding the ideal spot is all up to you. The pool’s large surrounding deck houses over 30 chaise lounges in addition to adult size Adirondack chairs and brightly colored orange pint-size versions just for the kiddos! A variety of patio tables with and without umbrellas are conveniently placed for eating your lunch or grabbing a quick snack.
There’s even a pavilion for those who prefer to stay landlocked and enjoy lively conversation with family and friends. Day or nighttime entertaining at the pool couldn’t be easier. The large covered pavilion offers ample space for get-togethers and small parties and includes seven large seating areas complete with patio dining tables and chairs, two large outdoor sectionals, a fireplace, coffee tables, and plenty of shade. The pavilion’s fire pit is the ideal nighttime location for roasting a hot dog, a marshmallow or a delicious s’more. Evening sing-alongs by the campfire are encouraged.
