Travisso is located within the Leander Independent School District, which is known for its outstanding schools and has earned multiple recognized honors for its academic excellence. Currently, Travisso students attend CC Mason Elementary, Running Brushy Middle School, and Cedar Park High School. These schools are located nearby and buses are provided. If your family is looking for a private school option, Sterling Classical School is a great option. Additionally, the school district has purchased land on Travisso Parkway for a future elementary school as the community grows. Austin Community College is also nearby for those looking to further their education as adults.

Lifestyle Director Charis Williamson puts the life in Travisso’s Lifestyle program! A passionate creator of our packed schedule of programming, Charis listens to homeowners to assure everyone has the opportunity to connect with their neighbors through a diverse offering of events. With building a strong community as a top priority, Charis programs events for all ages and demographics including weekly fitness classes, educational opportunities, live music, and fun of all sorts. Charis earned her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and has a background in teaching. She hopes to bring her love for learning and trying new things to the lifestyle calendar at Travisso. Charis works to bring valued experiences and enjoyment to the lives of all residents, and hopes to connect with you soon!
