Dance your socks off during this year’s fourth annual Travisso Fest on Saturday, May 4 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Palazzo, 2437 Travisso Parkway. All are invited to join the master-planned community of Travisso in Leander for a rockin’ good time. Get your family and friends together and b-bop over. As always food, music, and free family fun for everyone! Whether you’re a T-Bird or a Pink Lady, we guarantee you’ll have a retro good time at the fourth annual Travisso Fest. Travisso Fest’s musical headliners
This year we’re going back into the past to celebrate the 50s. A time in history when the Mickey Mouse Club made its debut, Elvis was king, and the poodle skirt was in full swing. Color TV also debuted and so did American Bandstand, a weekly national dance program featuring popular hit music. During Travisso Fest you’ll dance the afternoon away with musical entertainment provided by Danny B. Harvey & the Devil’s Daughters and AJ Vallejo’s SouthTown Band.
Mysti Moon and Anne Marie Lewis provide the vocals for the Americana music genre band Devil’s Daughter. Their unique style comes alive when paired with the unique talents of Rockabilly guitar legend Danny B. Harvey. Expect a whole lot of country, blues, and rock and roll during their Travisso Fest performance. And, it’s always a party when the SouthTown Band takes the stage. As Texas’ number one party band, SouthTown will have you on your feet and dancing all night. The band plays a mix of pop/funk radio smash hits made popular by artists like Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, Prince, Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake and much more. A slew of classic jams, too!
