June was filled with sunshine, celebration, and unforgettable moments at Travisso. From live music under the stars to popsicles by the pool, this past month was all about enjoying the summer together. And while every month offers something to look forward to here, June will be remembered as the moment our community took an exciting leap forward—with the grand opening of The Forum, Travisso’s newest amenity center.
Thinking about making Travisso your home? Here’s a taste of what life looks like when you’re part of this vibrant Texas Hill Country community.
Featured June Events at Travisso
Grand Opening of The Forum
The big day we’ve all been waiting for finally arrived! On June 21st, we officially opened The Forum, Travisso’s second amenity center, and we did it in style. The evening kicked off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and quickly turned into a birthday bash for Travisso’s 11th year.
With DJ tunes, balloon twisting, cupcakes, a poolside mermaid, a juggler, and the Crepe Crazy food truck, there was something for everyone. Kids enjoyed inflatable games and snow cones while adults explored the stunning new features of The Forum, including a yoga studio-style room, game tables, bocce ball, a swimming pool, and even a zipline built into the playscape. As a bonus, our new recreation pond opened to the public, making this one of the most exciting days in Travisso’s history.
"We had a ton of fun this month, and I loved seeing our community come together in new and exciting ways. Our Light Up The Night glow party was a first for Travisso, and the energy was just incredible. This event is definitely something I hope to make an annual tradition! We also ended the month on a high note with our annual School’s Out Foam Party. There’s something so special about watching both kids and adults dive into the fun together!"

Donuts & Dads
In celebration of Father’s Day, we hosted Donuts & Dads, a sweet morning of crafts, games, and (of course) donuts! Families gathered to honor the amazing dads and father figures in their lives with heartfelt cards, donut-themed fun, and quality time spent together. It was a joyful and memorable way to say ‘thank you’ to all the father figures in our community.
Live Music on the Lawn Featuring The Bayou Dawgs
There’s something magical about live music on a warm summer evening. Residents gathered at the Pavilion for Travisso’s summer music series, where we welcomed The Bayou Dawgs for a night of classic rock and great vibes. Families brought lawn chairs, picnic blankets, and snacks as neighbors connected and enjoyed the energy of live entertainment right in their own backyard.
Popsicles at the Pool
What better way to beat the Texas heat than with a dip in the pool and a cold popsicle? On a sunny Saturday, our lifestyle director Charis handed out popsicles to residents enjoying the pool, bringing a cool surprise and a sweet treat to their day. Simple moments like these are what make summer at Travisso so refreshing and fun.
Travisso Night at Nameless Saloon
Just minutes down the road, Nameless Saloon became the perfect spot for a laid-back community evening. Travisso residents received drink discounts, while families and pets enjoyed food trucks, pickleball, yard games, and a giant water slide. It was the ideal way to kick back, socialize, and explore the local favorites that surround our neighborhood.
Summer Camps at Travisso
June marked the kickoff of several summer camps designed to engage, inspire, and energize Travisso’s youngest residents.
- Skyhawks Summer Sports Camps brought the energy with themed weeks dedicated to soccer, golf, and flag football. With options ranging from half-day sessions to full-day camps with swimming, kids had a blast staying active and making new friends.
- Toastmasters Youth Leadership Program gave incoming high school students the tools to grow as confident communicators and leaders, thanks to guidance from our very own neighbor and Toastmasters member, Erica Hudson.
- Joy Swim School helped little swimmers build skills and confidence in the water with summer swim lessons held right here at Travisso.
For our families, Travisso is more than a place to live; it’s a place to grow, learn, and thrive.
Freedom Fest
We brought the red, white, and blue with Freedom Fest, our Fourth of July celebration! From inflatable axe throwing and foam pits to live music and snow cones, the event had fun written all over it. Families laughed, played, and danced the evening away while enjoying delicious bites from Lobster Dawgs food truck. It was a celebration of freedom, fun, and the community we call home.
